Our goal at Springs & Slings Pilates has always been to keep us all connected. Connected to each other, connected to our communities and connected to our bodies through physical fitness and giving back to those who are in need. Our ethos has always been that Movement Heals. 
We have been quietly running virtual sessions and they’ve been a hit so I am thrilled to announce that virtual one-on-one private sessions and group classes will be available to all by registering here.
Let’s connect, move, heal and collectively practice in compassion by giving back to those who need it the most. For every virtual class you book from now until April 15th, we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to local New York City food banks. Take pride in knowing that in caring for our own well-being, we are doing our part in providing essential nourishment to others. We are all one and together we will pave the way forward.
