Class Levels

Please note that these class levels are only applicable to Tower and Reformer Classes when selecting your class. All other classes will be leveled by the instructor based on the group.

  • For all levels, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the foundational class is great for establishing a strong base and teaches you how to work in alignment so that you can more effectively move with proficiency and target the areas that need to be developed for ease of movement.

  • The core level is meant to challenge the foundational skills developed from the previous level. It is where we start to understand the two way stretch of the Pilates methodology and start incorporating movement in a secondary plane of motion. 

    *It is recommended that you take the foundational level prior to entering a core-level class. 

  • The advanced level is meant to develop what was built in your foundational and core levels. At this stage, movement takes place in a tri-planar motion. This class is specifically designed for those who already have an understanding of the core movement and want to be further challenged and move with precision at a quicker intensity. It is a strong workout. 

    *It is recommended that you take the core level prior to entering an advanced-level class.

Pilates Mat Class

The Pilates Mat is the foundation of the Pilates method, offering a powerful framework for building strength, control, and body awareness. All apparatus and auxiliary equipment in the Pilates system are designed to prepare your body and depend your understanding of the Mat work.

The Mat classes are open to all levels, and include a series of exercises that target the core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall alignment. On select occasions, auxiliary equipment is incorporated to deepen the practice. These tools add variety and help refine your technique, ensuring a well-rounded, ever growing, and dynamic practice.

Pilates Tower Classes

Experience the versatility of the Tower Unit in our group classes, available in Levels 1, 2, and 3 to suit all practitioners—from foundational to advanced. This apparatus-based class combines the Arm Springs, Leg Springs, Roll Back Bar, and Push Through Bar to develop stretch, strength, box awareness, and control throughout your body.

Level 1 focuses on mastering the fundamentals and building a strong foundation, while Levels 2 and 3 progressively challenge coordination, endurance, and precision as you advance in your practice.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, each class is designed to refine your alignment, enhance core strength and control to challenge your body in new ways in a supportive environment for growth at every level.


The Wunda Chair class is designed for core-level to advanced practitioners looking to deepen their practice. This apparatus offers no support, so be prepared to challenge what is already strong and engage your body on a deeper level.

 In this class, you’ll engage in a variety of exercises that focus on balance, coordination, control, and deep powerhouse engagement. Every movement is designed to strengthen your core and refine your technique, creating a deeper connection to your powerhouse. Whether you’re mastering foundational exercises or advancing to more complex movements, this class will test your limits and help you build a more powerful, controlled body.

Barrels Class

Our Pilates Barrels class is designed to create space in your body where it’s needed most. Using a variety of barrels, from small arc barrels to the spine corrector, this class focuses on opening areas that require joint mobility, elongation, and overall decompression. Each class will blend restorative movement with dynamic challenges. Whether you’re aiming to stretch, strengthen, or realign with space, this class can be as gentle or as invigorating as you make it, helping you move with greater ease and freedom.


Pilates Arm Chair Class

The Pilates Arm Chair class is perfect for cultivating lift and length throughout the spine in a supportive and controlled environment. Using arm springs and guided exercises, this group class focuses on building a deeper connection to your center while enhancing posture and box alignment. The combination of exercises and spring resistance strengthens the arms and upper body from a lifted center, promoting better overall support and muscular engagement. Whether you’re looking to improve your posture and upper body strength, this class offers a dynamic and balanced approach to achieving both.


Small Group Reformer Classes

Our Small Group Reformer classes are designed to deepen your Pilates practice by enhancing your execution of the mat work. The reformer was created to make the mat exercises more accessible, especially for those still building the strength, body awareness and control needed for full mat work. Through the use of a moving carriage and resistance from the springs, the Reformer will help stabilize and challenge the body, improving overall strength, alignment, and coordination with precision. Whether you’re at a foundational level or advancing your practice, reformer exercises will help develop your skills both on and off the mat.


Foot Corrector Class

The foot corrector class is designed to support better movement and balance through strong, functional feet and ankles. The apparatus helps build strength in the arches, metatarsals, and heels. Through these exercises, you’ll see improvement in gait mechanics, alleviate foot discomfort, enhance overall posture, leg alignment, and stability. If you are a fan of paddle sports, skiing, dance, team sports, or running, or just looking to spring into your step, this is a great class for you!
