Our sessions are designed around “the body before us,” following the original framework and exercise developed by Joseph Pilates emphasizing personal instruction with a customized plan that meets you where you are: whether trying to enhance your athletic performance, rehabbing from an injury or simply seeking improved strength and mobility for overall wellbeing.
Initial Assessment
Each session begins with a thorough assessment. We identify areas for improvement and build a tailored program that optimizes alignment, strength and flexibility with full body coordination and control.

Lymphatic Body Roller
Our lymphatic infrared body roller combines gentle mechanical massage with infrared heat to stimulate lymphatic drainage, improve circulation and promote detoxification of toxins. The Pilates Mat is the foundation of the Pilates method, offering a powerful framework for building strength, control, and body awareness. All apparatus and auxiliary equipment in the Pilates system are designed to prepare your body and deepen your understanding of the Mat work.
The Mat classes vary from Foundational, Core to Advanced levels and includes a series of exercises that target the core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall alignment. On select occasions, auxiliary equipment is incorporated to deepen the practice. These tools add variety and help refine your technique, ensuring a well-rounded, ever growing and dynamic practice.

Experience the versatility of the Tower Unit in our group classes, available in Levels 1, 2, and 3 to suit all practitioners—from foundational to advanced. This apparatus-based class combines the Arm Springs, Leg Springs, Roll Back Bar, and Push Through Bar to develop stretch, strength, box awareness, and control throughout your body.
Level 1 focuses on mastering the fundamentals and building a strong foundation, while Levels 2 and 3 progressively challenge coordination, endurance, and precision as you advance in your practice.

The Wunda Chair class is designed for core-level to advanced practitioners looking to deepen their practice. This apparatus offers no support, so be prepared to challenge what is already strong and engage your body on a deeper level.
In this class, you’ll engage in a variety of exercises that focus on balance, coordination, control, and deep powerhouse engagement. Every movement is designed to strengthen your core and refine your technique, creating a deeper connection to your powerhouse. Our Small Group Reformer classes are designed to deepen your Pilates practice by enhancing your execution of the mat work. The reformer was created to make the mat exercises more accessible, especially for those still building the strength, body awareness and control needed for full mat work. Through the use of a moving carriage and resistance from the springs, the Reformer will help stabilize and challenge the body, improving overall strength, alignment, and coordination with precision. Whether you’re at a foundational level or advancing your practice, reformer exercises will help develop your skills both on and off the mat.

The foot corrector class is designed to support better movement and balance through strong, functional feet and ankles. The apparatus helps build strength in the arches, metatarsals, and heels. Through these exercises, you’ll see improvement in gait mechanics, alleviate foot discomfort, enhance overall posture, leg alignment, and stability. If you are a fan of paddle sports, skiing, dance, team sports, or running, or just looking to spring into your step, this is a great class for you!
